Agency as a Bookkeeping Projection
This paper argues that agency is not an ontic primitive but a representational bookkeeping projection within an admissible interior. Under standing conservation and fail-closed admissibility, agency is shown to arise as a descriptive convenience tied to particular partitions of the admissible structure, rather than as an independently acting causal entity.
