Direct Kinematic-Mass Target Extension of the Neutrino Standing-Carrier Space

This paper applies the PCR‑5C functorial target-extension calculus to the direct kinematic neutrino-mass target defined by the KATRIN KNM1–5 tritium beta-decay analysis. This paper applies the PCR‑5C functorial target-extension calculus to the direct kinematic neutrino-mass target defined by the KATRIN KNM1–5 tritium beta-decay analysis.
The target incorporates the released KATRIN campaign records, molecular final-state and apparatus-response structure, calibration and nuisance architecture, covariance relations, likelihood object, acceptance semantics, and the published 90% confidence bound
\[
m_\beta < 0.45\ \mathrm{eV}.
\]A negative fitted value of \(m_\beta^2\) is retained as a statistical continuation coordinate and is not interpreted as negative physical spectral support.
The paper constructs an enriched, source-authorized comparison class for the direct kinematic target. This extension is required because the inherited PCR‑3 source ontology does not contain a universal operation that converts every source-coherent carrier hypergraph into an endpoint-neutral process presentation. The enriched hyperprocess envelope preserves primitive incidences of every arity, source equations, boundary and matching data, higher coherence, and current-source deletion while possessing an exact reduct to the original PCR‑3 source point.
After source formation, the PCR‑4 and PCR‑5B evaluators establish preservation of the oscillation survivor structure and all seven standing-carrier packet channels. The endpoint-neutral branch admits the exact one-support KATRIN family
\[
\mu_{\beta,t}=\delta_t,
\qquad
0\leq t<(0.45\ \mathrm{eV})^2.
\]Selecting one framed source presentation in each base SCIC class produces a right inverse of the restriction map and an injection of a real interval into every lift fibre. Consequently, the direct kinematic target preserves the complete oscillation-level SCIC quotient while refining every base class into at least continuum many standing-distinct enriched realizations.
The result is therefore a universal lift and non-elimination theorem for the KATRIN direct-mass extension:
\[
\operatorname{im}\rho_{\beta,\mathrm{BB}}
=
\mathfrak{Q}^{\mathrm{SCIC}}_{\mathrm{osc}},
\qquad
|\pi_0 L_{\beta,\mathrm{BB}}(q)|\geq \mathfrak{c}.
\]Intrinsic discrete, kinked, functional, continuous, hidden, composite, solitonic, environmental, boundary, and mixed endpoint realizations remain available as source-faithful components or typed complement strata. The universal section does not overwrite these additional possibilities.
The conclusion is deliberately bounded. The paper establishes target-relative absolute-scale lift structure under the complete KATRIN KNM1–5 target and declared SOE-D1-1 source comparison class. It does not select a unique neutrino carrier, infer a unique mass mechanism, establish Majorana character or lepton-number violation, import cosmological mass-sum constraints, predict heavy states, or provide a physical occupant from an empty candidate fragment.
