SYM-8 of the Standard Model Symmetry Arc Gauge Quotient, Electromagnetic Stabilizer, Goldstone Translation, and the One-Doublet Electroweak Normal Form This paper develops a fixed-target normal form for the anomaly-neutral one-Higgs-doublet electroweak theory. It separates several statements commonly compressed into the phrase “electroweak gauge symmetry is spontaneously broken”: gauge-related Higgs representatives belong to one physical fixation class; the Higgs kinetic term produces a rank-three gauge-response form; one neutral direction remains massless; the residual generator acts as physical electric charge; Goldstone coordinates translate into longitudinal-vector amplitudes in a controlled high-energy regime; custodial symmetry organizes selected response relations; the perturbative physical spectrum is represented through gauge-independent observables and pole classes. For a fixed nonzero Higgs-fixation branch, nonzero electroweak couplings, the proper local-gauge quotient, and an explicit perturbative spectral premise bundle, the connected annihilator of the fixation class is one-dimensional and generated, up to normalization, by Q=T3+Y2yH.Q=T_3+\frac{Y}{2y_H}. In the conventional yH=12y_H=\tfrac12 normalization this becomes Q=T3+Y.Q=T_3+Y. The Higgs-induced gauge-response form is shown to be positive semidefinite of rank three, with field-coordinate kernel ker⁡μ=Cg−1(RQ).\ker \mu=C_g^{-1}(R_Q). In canonical neutral coordinates, the kernel gives the electromagnetic direction and the nonzero neutral response gives the ZZ direction, while the charged directions correspond to W±W^\pm. The same generator reconstructs the inherited electric-charge ratios of quarks, leptons, the Higgs field, and vector bosons. Simultaneous hypercharge and coupling rescaling is shown to preserve the interaction pairing and all physical charge ratios. Residual electromagnetism is treated as locus-sensitive. Proper local electromagnetic transformations remain quotient-trivial gauge operations. A nontrivial global or asymptotic electromagnetic action requires an independently supplied differentiable, integrable, nonzero surface-charge certificate. The paper also separates algebraic response from dynamical spectral existence. The perturbative physical spectrum is represented through BRST cohomology, gauge-invariant correlators, physical amplitudes, and gauge-independent real or complex pole classes. The longitudinal–Goldstone relation is stated with its finite factor, energy regime, and O(mV/E)O(m_V/E) remainder; it is not promoted to an exact all-energy field identity or an additional particle-counting rule. The integrated electroweak normal form combines: the gauge quotient and Higgs fixation class; the connected electromagnetic stabilizer; response rank and coupling-pullback kernel; the A/Z/W±A/Z/W^\pm neutral and charged decomposition; the electric-charge ratio ledger; proper-local versus boundary/asymptotic residual action; the certificate-conditional perturbative spectrum; Goldstone translation; Higgs-carrier and custodial status; phase and presentation covariance. The paper imports the custodial and Higgs-carrier interfaces from the preceding symmetry arc and proves that Higgs field coordinates, vacuum expectation values, potential charts, gauge choices, neutral bases, Goldstone charts, and invertible Higgs repackagings do not become independent physical identities or residual-sector selectors. A finite fifty-schema rival registry accompanies the manuscript as an auditable stress test. It supplies theorem-backed dispositions for the declared examples but is not promoted into a semantic proof that every possible same-target rival has been generated. The result is complete for the declared one-doublet electroweak target and its stated certificate. It does not derive numerical electroweak parameters, settle the faithful global electromagnetic subgroup, construct the complete infrared charged Hilbert space, classify multi-Higgs or strongly coupled electroweak sectors, or prove the complete Standard Model symmetry atlas. Those remain successor or separately scoped problems. Principal contributions A fixed-target electroweak vacuum-fixation theorem. A proper local-gauge quotient and non-order-parameter analysis. Coordinate-free derivation of the electromagnetic stabilizer. Rank-three gauge-response and A/Z/W±A/Z/W^\pm normal form. Coupling-normalization covariance and charge-ratio reconstruction. Locus-sensitive classification of residual electromagnetism. Spectrum certification through BRST, correlators, amplitudes, and pole classes. Controlled longitudinal–Goldstone equivalence treatment. Separation of custodial SU(2)VSU(2)_V from U(1)emU(1)_{\mathrm{em}}. Presentation-covariant integrated electroweak normal form. Finite rival audit with explicit falsification routes. Reproducible theorem and certification architecture.
