Lepton-Number-Violating Target Extension of the Neutrino Standing-Carrier Space

This paper applies the PCR‑5C target-extension calculus to the lepton-number-violating \(^{76}\mathrm{Ge}\) neutrinoless double-beta-decay search response.
The target is formed from the checksum-locked LEGEND‑200, GERDA, and MAJORANA Demonstrator data and response records, including the nuclear transition structure, signal-rate and half-life response, detector model, likelihood, calibration, nuisance parameters, and covariance data. The empirical primitive is the complete search response—not the model label “Majorana neutrino.”
The analysis carefully distinguishes non-observation from physical zero. The familiar effective mass parameter
\[
m_{\beta\beta}
=
\left|\sum_i U_{ei}^{\,2}m_i\right|
\]is used only on the light-Majorana-exchange branch. A high-scale dimension-nine SMEFT response is treated as a separate target branch. Nuclear matrix elements, phase-space factors, detector calibration, backgrounds, and statistical nuisance variables remain explicit response coordinates unless a standing theorem shows otherwise.
For every framed PCR‑5B physical realization, the paper constructs a source-faithful enriched realization with an exact transition-amplitude block
\[
A_H+C.
\]The construction uses a constraint-preserving physical amalgamation that retains the original oscillation carrier, preserves source incidence and higher coherence, and admits natural deletion back to the original carrier without retuning. A Julia–Halmos scattering realization provides an exact target-scale process representation for every physically admissible transition block.
A central result is retained-oscillation transparency. The \(^{76}\mathrm{Ge}\)-specific correction remains physically present while the complete PCR‑4 and SCIC oscillation traces are preserved channel by channel:
\[
\Phi^{\mathrm{ret}}_4(W_{H,C})=\Phi_4(W_H),
\qquad
\Xi^{\mathrm{ret}}_{\mathrm{osc}}(W_{H,C})=\Xi_{\mathrm{osc}}(W_H).
\]The D2 response therefore refines the oscillation standing-carrier space without altering its established base classes.
After source and physical realization are fixed, a response-visible amplitude family generates a nondegenerate accepted interval of source-faithful enriched objects. Consequently, every oscillation SCIC class survives the \(^{76}\mathrm{Ge}\) target and splits into at least continuum many D2-standing-distinct lift classes:
\[
\operatorname{im}\rho_{D2}
=
\mathfrak{Q}^{\mathrm{SCIC}}_{\mathrm{osc}},
\qquad
|\pi_0L_{D2}(q)|\geq\mathfrak{c}.
\]The result is a universal base-preservation and continuum-lift theorem, not a Majorana-selection theorem. The present null search neither forces a nonzero physical lepton-number-violating response nor selects Majorana character.
The conclusion is deliberately bounded. It is relative to the declared \(^{76}\mathrm{Ge}\) target, PCR‑3 source comparison class, PCR‑4 survivor structure, PCR‑5B/B15 base, PCR‑5C extension calculus, and exact-amplitude source extension. It does not establish a unique ultraviolet completion, replace the retained oscillation carrier, or promote the null result into a physical absence theorem.
