Overview Exact Certificate Fibre Exhaustion is Module D of the post–structural-unification continuation of the gravity–quantum unification ARC. The preceding modules construct the principal physical ingredients required by the integrated realization: Module A constructs the operational metric–source attachment. Module B derives gravitational and inertial mass from one conserved Casimir charge. Module C constructs the common upstream continuation and proves its gravitational and quantum projection intertwinings. Module D addresses the remaining closure problem: Do these constructions populate every role required by the frozen FEP-1.0 target, and does any inequivalent admissible assignment remain once the complete standing-bearing certificate is fixed? The manuscript answers by constructing the exact target fibres, assigning independently generated physical residues to them, and proving certificate-relative existence, exhaustion, and unique lawful role occupancy. This is not merely a list of desired roles or an informal assertion that all components fit together. It is the finite certificate theorem that closes the realization problem relative to the frozen target. Central Result Let TFEP\mathcal T_{\mathrm{FEP}}TFEP denote the frozen FEP-1.0 target-role system and let Rphys\mathcal R_{\mathrm{phys}}Rphys denote the independently constructed physical residue system inherited from the preceding modules. Module D constructs an admissible occupancy map Ω:Rphys⟶TFEP\Omega: \mathcal R_{\mathrm{phys}} \longrightarrow \mathcal T_{\mathrm{FEP}}Ω:Rphys⟶TFEP together with the standing-bearing tensor data required to evaluate complete certificate equivalence. The manuscript proves: every mandatory target fibre is occupied; every occupant is generated independently of the fibre-exclusion argument; each assignment preserves the required admissibility, standing, reference, and continuation relations; source, mass, metric, quantum, record, compatibility, boundary, and continuation coordinates agree across all shared interfaces; representative multiplicity is quotiented when it changes no certificate predicate; coverage-bearing or continuation-bearing differences remain visible and cannot be discarded as skin; no second inequivalent admissible occupancy orbit survives within the frozen target. The resulting closure has the form {admissible complete FEP-1.0 assignments}certificate-preserving equivalence={ [Ω∗] }.\frac{ \{\text{admissible complete FEP-1.0 assignments}\} }{ \text{certificate-preserving equivalence} } = \{\,[\Omega_\ast]\,\}.certificate-preserving equivalence{admissible complete FEP-1.0 assignments}={[Ω∗]}. Thus the lawful realization space contains exactly one certificate-equivalence class relative to the declared target and imports. Principal Contributions Imports the source construction and metric attachment established by Module A. Imports the common Casimir mass coordinate established by Module B. Imports the common upstream continuation and projection intertwinings established by Module C. Freezes the exact FEP-1.0 target before occupancy and exhaustion are assessed. Defines each mandatory certificate fibre and its lawful occupancy predicate. Constructs the physical residue population independently of the uniqueness proof. Supplies an explicit admissible occupant for every required fibre. Verifies all shared interfaces between gravitational, quantum, source, mass, continuation, record, and boundary roles. Distinguishes primitive carrier coordinates from representative and presentation skin. Retains every quotient-stable tensor that changes coverage, continuation, compatibility, or endpoint standing. Establishes existence of at least one complete lawful assignment. Proves exhaustion of the admissible assignment space within the frozen target. Proves uniqueness only modulo certificate-preserving equivalence. Blocks arbitrary labels, duplicated representatives, or route histories from manufacturing additional lawful realizations. Integrates the exact finite certificate data required by the final capstone. Supplies the terminal standalone module on which Complete Certificate Closure depends. The Certificate-Fibre Problem Modules A–C establish powerful local and structural results, but their conjunction does not automatically prove complete target realization. A final certificate theorem must answer: What exactly are the target roles? Which roles are mandatory? What physical construction occupies each role? Were the occupants generated independently, or inferred from the desired certificate? Do assignments agree wherever fibres share a source, mass, reference, or continuation coordinate? Which differences represent genuine physical alternatives? Which differences are merely presentation skin? Does every candidate assignment preserve the entire theorem dependency graph? Can two apparently different assignments survive after quotienting by full certificate equivalence? Is the final existence-and-uniqueness result relative to a fixed target rather than a retrospectively adjusted one? Module D answers these questions through an exact fibrewise construction and exhaustion proof. Frozen Target and Independent Population The target must be fixed before candidate occupancy is evaluated. The lawful order is freeze target roles⟶construct physical residues⟶test occupancy⟶verify interfaces⟶quotient⟶prove exhaustion.\text{freeze target roles} \longrightarrow \text{construct physical residues} \longrightarrow \text{test occupancy} \longrightarrow \text{verify interfaces} \longrightarrow \text{quotient} \longrightarrow \text{prove exhaustion}.freeze target roles⟶construct physical residues⟶test occupancy⟶verify interfaces⟶quotient⟶prove exhaustion. The reverse order would be circular. One cannot inspect a preferred realization, redefine the target around its available features, and then announce unique closure. Accordingly, Module D keeps two constructions distinct: Target formation: the FEP-1.0 roles and their compatibility predicates are declared independently. Residue generation: the source-, mass-, continuation-, projection-, record-, and boundary-bearing physical objects are inherited from constructive theorem chains established before the fibre-exclusion argument. Only after both sides exist independently is the occupancy relation evaluated. Exact Fibre Occupancy Each target fibre represents a required physical or structural role, not merely a named slot. An occupant is lawful only when it bears the complete standing required by that role. Depending on the fibre, this may include: admissible formation; preserved physical identity; source attachment; common mass reference; gravitational projection; quantum projection; reversible continuation; irreversible record fixation; compatibility or exchange structure; boundary synchronization; overlap descent; projection intertwining; endpoint reference; certificate provenance. A raw label match is therefore insufficient. Occupancy is determined by the standing-bearing tensor and its lawful interfaces. The module proves that every required role has an occupant and that the occupants jointly form a complete certificate rather than a disconnected collection of locally acceptable assignments. Interface Closure The most demanding part of certificate closure lies at the interfaces between fibres. A source occupant must be the same source that enters the gravitational attachment. The mass occupant must be the Casimir charge derived from that source. The continuation occupant must preserve that mass reference. The gravitational and quantum projections must intertwine with the same upstream history. Record and boundary roles must attach without being illicitly manufactured by reversible evolution. Module D therefore verifies a network of shared-coordinate constraints, including: source coordinateA=source coordinateB,C,D,\text{source coordinate}_{A} = \text{source coordinate}_{B,C,D},source coordinateA=source coordinateB,C,D, mass coordinateB=mass coordinateC,D,\text{mass coordinate}_{B} = \text{mass coordinate}_{C,D},mass coordinateB=mass coordinateC,D, and ΠG∘Uup=UG∘ΠG,ΠQ∘Uup=UQ∘ΠQ.\Pi_G\circ U_{\mathrm{up}} = U_G\circ\Pi_G, \qquad \Pi_Q\circ U_{\mathrm{up}} = U_Q\circ\Pi_Q.ΠG∘Uup=UG∘ΠG,ΠQ∘Uup=UQ∘ΠQ. These are not merely numerical equalities. They assert identity of reference across the imported theorem objects and the final certificate fibres. A candidate that separately satisfies each local role but fails a shared interface does not constitute a complete admissible assignment. Quotient-Faithful Uniqueness The manuscript does not claim that there is literally one raw presentation of the certificate. A lawful realization may admit multiple: coordinate systems; gauges; phases; normalizations; local charts; equivalent representatives; proof routes; provenance descriptions; indexing conventions; presentation orders. These differences do not generate distinct certificate realizations when they change no admitted standing, continuation, coverage, compatibility, or endpoint predicate. Module D therefore proves uniqueness on the appropriate quotient: Ω1∼certΩ2\Omega_1\sim_{\mathrm{cert}}\Omega_2Ω1∼certΩ2 when the two assignments preserve the same complete standing-bearing certificate. Conversely, a difference that changes any required tensor, continuation relation, source reference, mass coordinate, coverage predicate, boundary attachment, or endpoint consequence is not skin. Such a difference remains visible to the exhaustion theorem. The result is thus neither raw syntactic uniqueness nor an indiscriminate quotient. It is exact uniqueness modulo full certificate-preserving equivalence. Exhaustion and the No-Second-Classifier Result After establishing existence, the manuscript considers an arbitrary candidate complete assignment Ω\OmegaΩ within the frozen comparison class. The candidate must either: agree with the constructed assignment on every standing-bearing certificate coordinate; differ only by certificate-preserving skin; fail at least one mandatory fibre; violate a shared interface; introduce unauthorized standing; depend on downstream backflow or repair; change the target or comparison class; introduce genuinely richer structure requiring registration as a new target. If the first two cases hold, then [Ω]=[Ω∗].[\Omega]=[\Omega_\ast].[Ω]=[Ω∗]. The remaining cases do not define a second lawful realization of the frozen target. Accordingly, no independent same-scope classifier survives that partitions the completed certificate into multiple inequivalent admissible occupancy classes while preserving all of its standing-bearing coordinates. No-Backflow and No-Repair Discipline Module D preserves the dependency order established across the ARC. The certificate may verify that an independently constructed object occupies a role. It may not create the object required to make the role nonempty. The module excludes: Occupancy backflow: inferring the existence of a physical occupant solely because the target contains a corresponding fibre. Certificate repair: altering an upstream construction after seeing which certificate condition it fails. Cross-fibre laundering: using standing from one role to populate another without a lawful bridge. Label multiplication: adding names or indices and treating them as new physical occupants. Representative multiplication: counting gauges, phases, charts, or equivalent presentations as distinct realizations. Over-quotienting: discarding differences that alter coverage, continuation, compatibility, or endpoint standing. Target drift: drift:** weakening or revising the frozen certificate after the exhaustion analysis begins. Hidden enrichment: introducing new physical structure while continuing to claim closure of the original target. This discipline ensures that certificate closure records an achieved construction rather than manufacturing one by classification. Place in the Completed Unification ARC The domain-general AASC kernel and Unus Solus Possibilis Est remain upstream machinery imported by the wider program. The gravity–quantum sequence is: Gravity as Structural Necessity — establishes the necessary physical constraint role; Einstein Dynamics — derives the unique minimal first-response metric projection; Schrödinger Dynamics — derives the corresponding minimal Hamiltonian quantum projection; Structural Unification — proves that the gravitational and quantum descriptions are projections of one admissible physical interior; Module A — completes operational metric–source attachment. Module B — proves common mass–charge matching. Module C — constructs common upstream continuation and projection intertwining. Module D — establishes exact certificate-fibre exhaustion and unique lawful role occupancy. Complete Certificate Closure — integrates the full FEP-1.0 gravity–quantum realization certificate. Module D is therefore the final standalone constructive module before full integration. Relation to Module C and the Final Capstone The division of labor is exact: Module C constructs the continuation-bearing upstream carrier and its gravitational and quantum projections. Module D places that carrier, together with all previously constructed source, mass, record, boundary, and compatibility objects, into the exact FEP-1.0 target. Module D proves fibrewise existence, interface closure, and certificate-relative uniqueness. The final capstone imports the accepted Modules A–D and packages their theorem chains into one integrated release object. Module D is not a substitute for Module C. A certificate fibre labeled “common continuation” would be empty without the independently constructed upstream history. The final capstone, in turn, is not a new independent proof replacing Module D. Its role is to establish theorem-import fidelity, dependency alignment, notation coherence, evidence-graph closure, and integrated realization of the complete certificate. Scope and Nonclaims The manuscript does not claim: an independent derivation of the universal AASC kernel; a new derivation of the Einstein or Schrödinger equations; raw syntactic uniqueness of every presentation; uniqueness across different target specifications; uniqueness across arbitrary source, sector, topology, boundary, or calibration packages; that every imaginable quantum-gravity formalism is represented by the frozen certificate; construction of a Wheeler–DeWitt equation; primitive quantization of the Einstein metric; a nonzero interacting quantum-gravity field theory; derivation of all Standard Model fields or couplings; global existence across every singular or nonregular regime; permission to discard coverage-bearing differences as skin; existence of a role occupant merely from the declaration of its target fibre; completion of claims beyond the imported theorem interfaces; replacement of the final integrated capstone and release audit. Its uniqueness theorem is exact but relative: it applies to the frozen FEP-1.0 target, declared comparison class, admitted imports, and complete certificate-equivalence relation. Conceptual Significance Module D converts a completed collection of constructions into an exact realization theorem. The preceding papers show that the required physical objects can be formed: one admissible physical interior; lawful Einstein and Schrödinger projections; one operational source; one common mass charge; one upstream continuation; preserved gravitational and quantum histories; the required record, compatibility, and boundary structures. Module D proves that these objects jointly occupy every role in the frozen target and that no inequivalent same-scope occupancy survives after the correct quotient is applied. The final result is: independent construction⟶complete fibre occupancy⟶interface closure⟶quotient-faithful exhaustion⟶one lawful certificate orbit.\text{independent construction} \longrightarrow \text{complete fibre occupancy} \longrightarrow \text{interface closure} \longrightarrow \text{quotient-faithful exhaustion} \longrightarrow \text{one lawful certificate orbit}.independent construction⟶complete fibre occupancy⟶interface closure⟶quotient-faithful exhaustion⟶one lawful certificate orbit. This is the last standalone closure theorem required before the gravity–quantum ARC can be integrated into its complete FEP-1.0 certificate capstone.
