Self-Adjoint Extension Selection Under Quadratic Form Order In Quantum Mechanics
Amos Jay Maley · 40 pages · Self-adjoint extension selection
The manuscript gives a fixed-base classification of extension and readback procedures, then applies it to self-adjoint operators. Redescription invariance alone does not choose a unique nontrivial extension in the stated deficiency setting. For a lower-semibounded symmetric operator, its explicit closed-form dominance criterion characterizes the Friedrichs endpoint; the nonnegative Krein endpoint uses the dual criterion. Boundary data and framework changes remain distinct alternatives. No new empirical physics is asserted.

Bounded reading of selected statements and limits, plus mechanical comparison of both extracted bodies; not a full proof audit. Complete searchable PDF text was screened for circulation and completion notices, with marker contexts reviewed. The manuscript claims have not been independently verified. Equations, theorem numbering and full references remain in the original PDF. This page is a reading aid, not a full-text conversion.

A preferred reading edition does not replace an exact edition imported by a downstream theorem. Where references do not pin imported bytes, that identity remains unresolved.
Retained alternate edition
The author selected the title and DOI above as the preferred reading presentation. This earlier publication remains separately citable. Its PDF bytes and DOI chain are retained; catalogue consolidation does not certify proof equivalence or replace frozen imports.
