Simultaneous Physical Constraint Collapse of the Neutrino Carrier Universe

This paper establishes the simultaneous-survivor theorem for the neutrino carrier universe generated in the preceding PCR papers.
Earlier results identify the target-specific neutrino propagation roles, construct their complete carrier-neutral physical interface, and generate the full source-first universe of candidate carrier architectures. The present paper imposes the remaining requirement: that all active propagation, gauge, anomaly, vacuum, effective-theory, generalized-symmetry, and co-instantiation conditions be satisfied simultaneously by one coherent physical completion.
A complete survival-facing trace and an independently derived many-sorted survival-consistency theory are constructed. The evaluation records the event-complete instrument, charged-current attachment, active-transfer kernel, visible response classes, causal and environmental support, representation and charge data, anomaly residuals, vacuum and deformation moduli, effective-theory matching, activated extended-sector information, and the complete physical overlap structure.
The central methodological result is that simultaneous survival is determined by a global shared-witness condition rather than by the intersection of independent marginal pass sets. Candidate families must therefore possess one common physical witness architecture satisfying all active relations at once. The resulting survivor loci are exact preimages of a global semantic model locus under explicit family evaluation maps.
The principal theorem establishes a proper, nonempty survivor residue:
\[
\varnothing \neq \mathfrak{S}_{\nu}^{(4)} \subsetneq \mathfrak{U}_{\nu},
\]together with a canonical correspondence between semantic survivors modulo carrier equivalence and the evaluated survivor universe.
The undeformed massless-neutrino Standard Model is excluded as a stand-alone realization of the fixed target. Pure topological, defect, boundary, and environmental carrier strata are likewise excluded as complete stand-alone realizations, although such structures may remain active within complete dynamical hybrids.
The paper provides explicit carrier-distinct survivor witnesses, including a gauge-invariant law-only completion and active local or hidden gauge-singlet completions. Composite, solitonic, hidden, and hybrid families remain represented through their exact symbolic moduli loci. The surviving residue is therefore physically nonempty but not singleton: simultaneous consistency does not select a unique microscopic mechanism or establish physical realization.
The result is deliberately bounded. It proves exact simultaneous survivor closure relative to the fixed role complex, physical interface, source ontology, carrier universe, target, and comparison class. It does not yet prove compatible role occupancy, select a unique carrier, predict a particle, or establish experimental realization. Those questions form the subsequent role-occupancy and observable-projection stages of the programme.
