Primitive Generation Standing, a Complete Neutral-Root Receipt, and a One-Higgs Rooted Response Atlas This paper establishes the foundational fermionic carrier–generation structure of the constraint-derived Standard Model. It derives the exact primitive three-root architecture from the original matter and comparison duties before introducing generation names, mass orderings, matrix dimensions, metric structure, or physical particle labels. The central result is that the original generation work admits one jointly adequate primitive architecture and that primitive standing excludes any proper subarchitecture that could perform the same complete task. A complete neutral source interface then receives this architecture as an unlabelled three-element root set with an external (S_3) action. The action expresses the absence of a preferred premetric naming or ordering; it does not identify the three rooted incidences or impose a physical permutation of unequal measured states. The derivation proceeds in a fixed dependency order: The exact-three theorem is established from joint adequacy, complete direct comparison, primitive minimality, and complete occupation. It is not inferred from the number of familiar particle families, a displayed matrix, a measured mass spectrum, or the absence of a fourth named particle. The paper then applies generation erasure to the Standard Model representation–response profile. The resulting count-free matter structure contains four distinct typed roles: neutral weak matter; charged colorless matter; up-type colored matter; down-type colored matter. Base change over the exact-three root set produces the generation-governed matter bundle Each matter-kind fibre carries the same three-root generation geometry while retaining its own charge, chirality, color, weak, Higgs, boundary, continuation, and physical response signatures. The rooted response construction introduces one Higgs bridge/fixation carrier connecting the matter-root structure to typed response slots. On complete positioned, rooted-realization, and response interfaces, the paper establishes the correspondence with source, continuation, failure, and connectivity data preserved. The one-Higgs identity is not multiplied by the number of matter kinds, generations, response slots, or downstream physical states. The structural atlas further establishes: complete neutral-use factorization; source-root formation before counting; canonical active presentation cores; root-preserving realization groupoids; (S_3)-equivariant generation correspondence; cyclic orientation and start torsors; target-fibred naturality; typed structural codescent; explicit separation of occurrence, role, response, and physical realization; preservation of complete source and failure records. The integral circuit register has rank one as a consequence of the exact three-root architecture: This rank is not an additional counting axiom. It follows from the already established three-position structure. The paper also clarifies the status of downstream physical enrichment. Numerical Yukawa values, pole masses, mixing data, detector responses, terminal physical bearers, and heavy neutral sectors retain their own receiving obligations. They do not retroactively alter the primitive root construction. In particular, the predicted heavy neutral lepton is treated as a downstream fixed-base spectral-sector object. On its certified physical realization branch, three light sectors are paired with one connected heavy sector of internal algebraic rank three. The heavy sector is therefore not a fourth primitive generation root. Its physical support and spectral response remain meaningful downstream without changing the unchanged-task primitive inventory. The source-qualified scouting coordinates are retained only as downstream search and reweighting coordinates on the cited physical branch. They are not promoted to a primitive generation count, pole-mass prediction, proper-lifetime prediction, or universal physical conclusion. Gravity is likewise treated as a necessary condition on admissible regular physical lifts rather than as an additional matter kind, gauge carrier, or generation root. Its metric realization enters only through an explicit downstream map and cannot backflow into the premetric root architecture. Scope and realization boundary The exact-three result concerns the primitive generation work and its complete neutral-root receipt. It does not by itself select a preferred generation labeling, mass ordering, numerical Yukawa values, physical pole masses, or a unique physical state. The four-kind matter bundle and rooted Higgs-response atlas are structural results. Positive physical witnesses, metric lifts, heavy neutral states, terminal bearers, detector responses, and asymptotic realizations require their own source-qualified interfaces. The heavy neutral lepton is therefore explicitly nonpromoted: it may constitute a genuine downstream heavy spectral sector without becoming a fourth primitive generation root. Similarly, gravity is necessary on the declared physical-lift class without entering the fermionic root count. Role in the FCGS programme FCGS-I is the foundational paper of the Fermion Carrier–Generation Structure arc. It supplies the exact three-root base, the generation-governed four-kind matter bundle, the one-Higgs rooted response structure, and the dependency discipline required by later fermionic realization and physical-projection papers. Its principal contribution is to derive the generation architecture before physical enrichment and to preserve that architecture under downstream realization without confusing primitive roots, typed matter roles, response slots, positive witnesses, and terminal physical sectors.
