Technical overview

Complete typed continuation signatures characterize target-relative semantic identity when their soundness and completeness interfaces are activated. Terminal realization requires an actual singleton role-occupancy orbit with its physical authority. The charged-lepton and U/D-marked colored targets retain their precise NotReady profiles at the frozen evidence bases; this is not a physical nonexistence claim.
