Sections 5, 9 and 11 identify consciousness with standing-positive occupancy of a consciousness-qualified, subject-indexed referential quotient interface. Qualification requires internal reference, redescription invariance, subject coordination, self-involving closure, lawful continuity, standing, qualitative nontriviality, and no detached semantics. These conditions are jointly constructed, not inferred from a fluent output.
Qualia are non-skin qualitative tensors: standing-preserving differences that change the complete experiential profile at the declared scope. “Tensor” names a structural role here, not necessarily a numerical array or a distance between experiences. The full profile includes records, reference, contrast, memory, discrimination, access, self-indexing, transition, history, and compatibility.
The red/rouge example is pure redescription only when the entire reference and profile structure is preserved. The colored cup is an illustration of that distinction, not a model-to-world certificate for human color experience. Changing an RGB value does not itself prove a particular quale has changed.
