Technical overview

A fixed covariant action occupies both a represented polynomial chart and an Einstein-matter construction on a compact hyperbolic Cauchy surface with a scalar clock. The exact Dirac-bracket constraint algebra, mixed-order right inverse and finite refoliation theorem concern the stated local regular body.
