Matter and energy lose their familiar roles. Spacetime itself reaches its limit. Nothing crosses the new boundary, but the necessary foundations begin anew. This is the AASC black-hole arc.

01 / Crossing the horizon

Not just hidden.

In AASC, matter and energy are not self-sufficient things placed inside an already-existing spacetime. Their physical roles depend on stable identity, comparison and relationships.

The story begins when matter crosses a horizon and loses the connection that supported those roles in the outside world. The arc follows the case where no genuine recovery route or new basis for those roles restores that connection.

This is more than an outside observer no longer being able to see it. It changes the structural support for what the crossed content can still be.

The precise claim and its limits

Paper 0 separates classical black-hole geometry from same-scope, standing-preserving exterior reconstruction. "Standing" is not merely an observer's knowledge: the declared structure must support identifying a target again and using it consistently. The exterior mass, charge and angular-momentum roles do not by themselves supply the required reconstruction map.

The kernel is not an optional overlay. A non-degenerate determinate construction is kernel-governed. The later results also require the particular reconstruction and endpoint conditions established in the arc. They do not deny classical horizon geometry or calculate a Hawking spectrum, Page curve or interior microdynamics.

What happens to matter and energy?

02 / Matter and energy become degenerate

The pattern can remain.
Its familiar physical meaning cannot be assumed.

A particle needs a stable identity. Mass needs a meaningful response to motion and deformation. Energy needs comparisons that make transport, change and conservation meaningful.

When the outside support is lost, these are no longer fully secured physical roles. Recognisable field patterns, particle-like organisation and source-like behaviour may remain, but they are no longer ordinary matter and energy with their former standing.

This is the sense of degeneracy here: remaining structure without the full support that made its former physical meaning possible. It is not a claim that matter suddenly vanishes at the horizon.

What changes when the support is lost?

The precise claim: matter-energy residualization

Paper I establishes the fixed-exterior-scope no-totalization obstruction. A genuine leakage route, reconstruction certificate or explicitly richer governance must be accounted for; global storage without a witness map does not resolve the burden.

Paper II's Matter-Energy Residualization Theorem classifies retained matter-energy descriptions as residual source, field, particle, transport and deformation coherence after standing loss without new governance. Standing is bivalent; residual coherence can vary by role and ancestry. This is neither a measured destruction of matter nor a local stress-energy discontinuity. The licensed AASC-GR projection retains its proper local role; an energy-conservation ledger does not acquire full same-scope support merely because it remains writable.

And what happens to space and time?

03 / Increasing governance-depth

Eventually, even distance and time lose their basis.

Space and time do not escape this dependence. Distance requires a stable way to compare positions. Duration requires a meaningful ordering and comparison of change.

As fewer ways remain to support those relationships, even these comparisons lose their basis. AASC calls this increasing governance-depth: less and less support for the physical roles that remain.

At complete metric exhaustion, "how far?" and "how long?" no longer have the old basis for an answer. This is not simply a smaller distance or a later moment. Distance and time are themselves among the things whose meaning is being lost.

Governance-depth is not a distance into the hole

Paper II defines governance-depth by the inclusion ordering of residual successor-support classes. Higher depth means thinner support for continuations retaining the relevant role coherence. It is not a radial coordinate, proper time, curvature magnitude or dynamical decay law.

Metric expressions and local equations can remain writable while lacking full old-scope role licensing for the crossed content. Metric exhaustion is necessary to the endpoint argument, but it is not alone the complete AMetric-boundary theorem. Paper III also establishes the remaining profile coordinates and closes the alternative routes.

What is left at that limit?

04 / The new AMetric boundary

An end with the structure of a beginning.

In AASC, the origin of our own universe is not an event inside a space and time that already exist. Their basis must first be established. The AMetric boundary marks that prior limit.

Once the full endpoint conditions are met, the black-hole arc reaches a new AMetric boundary with the same fundamental structural conditions. The old interior has reached a limit analogous to the one at which our own universe is licensed to begin.

Nothing crosses this boundary.

It is not a doorway, a tunnel or a passage carrying the old contents onward. Matter, energy, information and the old clock do not pass through. The matching structure is not a transmission route.

The precise result: AMetric profile homology

Paper III first subtracts every burden resolved by a genuine exterior witness. Theorem 5.9 requires a nonempty remaining residue, undefined old-scope standing transport, exhausted residual metric-successor support, no independent residue-level re-governance before exhaustion, closed endpoint alternatives and unavailable admitted nullity. A remaining recovery route or supported metric continuation means this endpoint target has not yet been established.

Table 6 and Theorem 6.2 establish equal complete AMetric role profiles for distinct origin and endpoint boundary tokens. The comparison covers metric, temporal, causal, operator, selector, transport, valuation, repair, gating and self-authorization coordinates, with the null route closed. It is not a temporal cycle, wormhole, transfer mechanism or populated successor.

How can there be a fresh beginning?

05 / The necessary roles begin anew

A fresh interior.
The same basic roles, established anew.

The final paper closes the argument: under the completed endpoint conditions, a fresh interior is required. It must establish what can exist coherently, how identity holds, what its relationships refer to, and what cannot be repaired merely by relabelling it.

These governance roles recur because they are necessary, not because they travel across the boundary. They are the same minimal requirements that govern the licensing of our own universe, established afresh in the new interior.

That is the payoff: not an old universe squeezed into a new one, but a new interior whose foundations are forced by the same necessity. Its particular particles, constants and history are not specified by this result.

Exactly what the final theorem establishes

Paper IV's Theorem 6.2 uses antecedents A1-A9 and the Completed Closure Register Lemma. The surviving counter-boundary status-class is unique up to governance equivalence and is represented by a token-distinct domain with its own kernel and AMetric licensing profile. The required constraint roles recur by necessity, not by transmission.

This is status-existence, not the selection of a populated cosmology. Further physical or Standard Model content requires its own additional target conditions. No causal production, bounce, tunneling or transfer mechanism is derived, and merely identifying an astronomical black hole does not establish every antecedent of the endpoint theorem.

The story in one line

Lost standing. Degenerate physical roles. An AMetric limit. Fresh foundations.

Matter and energy lose their former support. With increasing governance-depth, metricity itself is exhausted. Nothing crosses the resulting boundary, yet the necessary roles begin anew in a fresh interior.

This is the arc's structural argument under its stated conditions, not a timed simulation of falling into a black hole.
